How to upgrade a license to use with DVD Audio Extractor 6.0.0 and later

Summary:

DVD Audio Extractor 6.0.0 and later require a new license file to run. The license code used on old versions won't work any more. This tutorial shows you all the details about how to recover an license you purchased before, so that you can use it on 6.0.0 and later.

This tutorial is only for users who have purchased a DVD Audio Extractor license before May 31st, 2011. If you purchased license after this date, your license is automatically listed in your account. You don't need to do anything about it.

Why this license change?


Recover your license

  1. Browse to the support page, login with your email and password. If you don't have an account yet, click at the link Sign up to create one first. Note your email address used to purchase DVD Audio Extractor before May 31st, 2011 was not recorded on our website, and can't be used to login. You'll just need to sign up for a new account.

  2. Once you are logged in, click at the menu Licenses >> My Licenses on the left side. Your license manage page will open up.

    If you see your DVD Audio Extractor license listed on this page, there is no need to recover the license. Please skip the rest instructions in this tutorial. Otherwise, click at the link recover license to continue.

  3. In the opened page, fill in the recover license form with information shown in your order confirmation email. If you have lost the order confirmation email, follow the instructions on that page to get it back first.

  4. Once you have everything filled in correctly, click at the Recover license button. You'll see a license has been added to your account at My Licenses page.
